Staffing, Training and Cultural Enhancements Strengthen ISCS's Ability to Help P&C Insurers Compete


SAN JOSE, CA--(Marketwired - Oct 23, 2014) - ISCS, developer of the SurePower Innovation® Modern Enterprise Suite, is making strategic investments in ensuring customer success through recent hiring, promotion and training.

ISCS University is being launched to provide training to ISCS customers, partners and employees via onsite and web-based training designed to convey the maximum amount of information with the greatest amount of positive project impact as efficiently as possible. The courses offered through ISCS University, starting in Q1 2015, will utilize a variety of knowledge transfer techniques and location flexibility to ensure a truly cost-effective method of building project teams.

Julie Stermer, who has been with ISCS since 2006, was recently promoted to assistant vice president of customer support, strategy and training. Stermer has extensive experience with project management, software training, team management, CMMI development and administration, and she is also a certified Scrum Master. Most recently, Stermer's responsibilities included leading the ISCS support team, which is responsible for post-production development and support of ISCS customers, and which will now have responsibility for ISCS University.

Additionally, ISCS is pleased to welcome Ed Bazel to the team. Many ISCS customers were formally introduced to Bazel, who comes on board as director of customer success, at the recent SurePower User Group (SPUG) Conference in Nashville. In addition to founding a multi-million dollar event planning operation, Bazel has extensive experience in marketing, contracting, negotiating and producing events for performing arts centers and large corporations, such as Bacardi, Google, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Time, CBRE Richard Ellis, Deloitte, and HSBC. Going forward, Bazel will interact daily with new and established clients as he works to develop new mechanisms for garnering and acting on customer ideas and feedback.
