Keek Named Official Video App of Varsity Brands All American High School Film Festival

Opening Its Platform to Over 2,000 Student Filmmakers to Create Short Form Content


NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - October 24, 2014) - Today Keek Inc. (TSX VENTURE: KEK) (OTCQX: KEEKF) announced its partnership with The Varsity Brands All American High School Film Festival (AAHSFF), which will take place October 24-26 in New York City. Keek has been named the official video app for the event, which will be held at the Hilton Midtown, with all screenings and panels running at the AMC Empire Multiplex located in Times Square. The festival is the premiere showcase for talented high school filmmakers and media arts enthusiasts from around the world and connects filmmakers of the future with the rewards, respect, and recognition they deserve. The event was founded by filmmaker Andrew Jenks star of MTV's "World of Jenks" and Paul Castro (screenwriter of "August Rush") is confirmed as this year's award show host.

More than 2,000 students from across the country are scheduled to attend. In 2013 and 2014, the festival received more than 2,200 film submissions from 48 states and 17 countries, highlighting a global community of young filmmakers.
