EDGEWOOD, NY--(Marketwired - Oct 27, 2014) - CPI Aerostructures, Inc. ("CPI Aero®") (NYSE MKT: CVU) today announced that it will issue its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 prior to the opening of the stock market. 

CPI Aero's Chief Executive Officer and President, Douglas McCrosson and Chief Financial Officer, Vincent Palazzolo will host a conference call at 10:00 am ET that day to discuss these results as well as recent corporate developments.
