The all-day webinar features a series of six complimentary one-hour sessions provided by HR industry experts and thought leaders and focusing on a wide variety of topics, such as performance management and health care reform strategies.

- Health Care Reform: Last Call for ACA Strategies (10:15 - 11:15 a.m. EST). Chuck Becker, a health care reform expert from Accelerated Benefits, will discuss what companies should be doing to prepare for the Affordable Care Act's upcoming employer mandates, as well as last-minute strategies that can be used to get caught up on compliance.
- HR and Payroll Industry Trends for 2015 (11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. EST). Stacey Browning, executive vice president at Paycor, will explore the latest product and industry trends for HR and payroll and their expected impact in 2015 and beyond.
- How to Avoid Costly Hiring Mistakes (1:00 - 2:00 p.m. ET). Presented by Brad Landin from Employment Background Screening Resources, the session will provide insight into what companies need to watch out for when conducting background research and due diligence on new hires.
- Start Right, Stay Right: Effective Employee Onboarding (2:15 - 3:15 p.m. EST). HRAnswerLink's Rebecca Seaman will take attendees through effective onboarding techniques and share the important documents needed to guide employees through the onboarding process.
- Wage and Hour Law: Hot Topics of 2015 (3:30 - 4:30 p.m. EST). Wage and hour attorney Seth Briskin will explain many common wage and hour law issues, as well as give expert tips for companies to use to avoid penalties in 2015.
