Paris-Nanterre (France), October 28, 2014

Beynon Sports Surfaces, Inc. (Beynon), the Tarkett Sports business focused on high performance running tracks, announces today the agreement to acquire Renner Sports Surfaces (Renner), a leading tracks and tennis court company in the Mountain States of the United States. Headquartered in Denver (Colorado), Renner enhances Beynon's product portfolio, extends its geographical coverage, and strengthens its North American leadership position. Owned by its founder and management, Renner realized approximately 12 million US dollars of sales in 2013. Closing of the transaction is expected at the end of October.

Renner has developed unique and innovative solutions for the construction and renovation of tracks and tennis courts, including the use of Post-Tension Concrete technology (PTC) for complex sport surface applications.

"Renner fits perfectly with Beynon. It expands our reach in the Mountain States, extends our expertise to post-tension concrete and tennis court solutions, and reinforces our competitive advantage when promoting full-site construction," said Drew Beynon, Chief Operating Officer of Beynon.

"Renner is proud to join Beynon combining our surfaces joint expertise to deliver high quality sports surfaces for our customers and athletes" commented Greg McKenna, President of Renner.

"The Renner name is synonymous with quality and service. This acquisition broadens the boundaries of Tarkett Sports and fits with our strategy to expand the sports surfacing solutions offered to our customers in North America and around the world." explained Eric Daliere, President of Tarkett Sports.
