Keith's experience includes 10+ years of "Big Four" CPA experience as a senior manager at KPMG and 20+ years serving in CFO, operational executive and consulting positions in both public and private equity backed companies. Keith's recent experience includes roles as EVP and CFO at eRESEARCH TECHNOLOGY (ERT), a NASDAQ listed company later acquired by a private equity firm, where he directly managed all finance, legal, and mergers & acquisitions on a global basis with locations in the US, Germany, and the UK. He was also CFO of Neoware, a NASDAQ listed company later acquired by HP.
