Futureview Group Managing Director, Mrs. Elizabeth Ebi announces the rebranding efforts of Futureview, following 20 tested years in the Nigerian financial services sector.

LAGOS, Nigeria, Oct. 30, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via PRWEB - Futureview Financial Services, a leading investment bank in Nigeria founded and led by current Group Managing Director, Mrs. Elizabeth Ebi, is celebrating 20 years in the Nigerian Financial Services industry. The company was founded in 1993 and began full operations in 1996.

The Group Managing Director, Mrs. Elizabeth Ebi, a first-class graduate, from New York University and MBA from George Washington University, founded Futureview with the intent to bring Nigerian investment Banking to the forefront of the world. Mrs. Elizabeth Ebi said, "Futureview, like the name states, was founded with the clear vision to be the leading investment banking firm in the world. Yes, that goal was set from the inception of this company, as an African (Nigerian) based company."

In the years it has been in operations, Futureview has risen in ranks to be recognized as one of the leading investment banks in Nigeria. In 2003, Futureview was one of the only two Stockbrokers/Financial Advisers appointed by the Federal Government of Nigeria to advise on the issue of the first N150 Billion (approximately $916 Million) bond to the public, the largest ever offering of debt securities in the Nigerian capital market at the time. Also, Futureview has won the Institute of Direct Marketing of Nigeria (IDMN) West Africa's "Best Issuing House" award for the years 2005, 2007, 2008.

Over time, Futureview has been involved in fundraising activities in excess of N4 Trillion (Approximately $24 Billion) on behalf of industry leaders in the banking and manufacturing sectors as well as the Nigerian Federal and State Governments. Most recently, in 2014, Futureview Financial Services acted as one of the co-lead managers in raising funds for a leading indigenous oil company, Seplat, during her historic initial public offering on both the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) and the London Stock Exchange (LSE).

The rebranding exercise Futureview has chosen to undertake, is meant as a purposeful reminder of the stature, resilience and most importantly, its commitment to improving customers' experiences. The company has invested heavily in improving its operations in-house as well as a careful, on-going selection of its newest leaders of tomorrow.

The new Futureview logo is a deep indigo/blue and gold color. The deeper blue color, which is an extension of what the company used in the past, symbolizes a more deepened sense of integrity, security, responsibility and selflessness towards their customers. The gold represents the value, prestige, achievements and the excellence over the years. The emblem is a simple depiction of a profit projection chart sideways that forms the letter "F" and the circle around it symbolizes the globe and the overarching vision of the company to be the best in the world.

The new company website allows both prospects and clients to view more information on Futureview services using any device or browser available to them. Futureview clients can now access their portfolios and process mandates directly from the site using their smart phones or tablets.

"As Futureview basks in its past and present achievements as a company, we realize the importance of the legacy we hold to our customers and the financial industry in Nigeria as a whole. We are committed to excellence in providing optimal service and results to our customers and growing our base beyond Nigeria and into the world. After 20 years strong, we remain one of the best because of our willingness to evolve and adapt to the changes surrounding us."
