At a general meeting of Investeringsforeningen UCAP Invest it was decided to liquidate the fund, the fund’s sub-fund and the share class of the sub-fund (European Equity AKL). Consequently, the share class will be delisted from trading on Nasdaq Copenhagen as per 21 November 2014. Last day of trading shares in the share class will be 20 November 2014.
