RMG Networks Amends Its Senior Credit Facility

Increases Senior Credit Facility to $14 Million; Adds Approximately $2 Million in Net Cash Proceeds


DALLAS, TX--(Marketwired - Nov 14, 2014) - RMG Networks Holding Corporation (NASDAQ: RMGN), or RMG Networks, a leading provider of technology-driven visual communications solutions, today announced it has successfully increased the size of its Senior Credit Facility from $12 million to $14 million adding approximately $2 million in net cash proceeds to the Company's balance sheet. All other terms of the Senior Credit Facility remained the same.
