Sky German Holdings GmbH, Munich, Germany, notified us on 13 November 2014
pursuant to Section 21 Para. 1 German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that,
on 12 November 2014, the voting rights of Sky German Holdings GmbH in Sky
Deutschland AG, Medienallee 26, 85774 Unterföhring, Germany, exceeded the
thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% and 75% and, as of 12
November 2014, amounted to 89.05% (829,123,545 voting rights).

Furthermore British Sky Broadcasting Group plc, Isleworth, Middlesex,
United Kingdom, British Sky Broadcasting Limited, Isleworth, Middlesex,
United Kingdom, Sky International Operations Limited, Isleworth, Middlesex,
United Kingdom notified us on 13 November 2014 pursuant to Section 21 Para.
1 German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that, as of 12 November 2014, the
voting rights of British Sky Broadcasting Group plc,  British Sky
Broadcasting Limited, Sky International Operations Limited, exceeded the
thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% and 75%  and, as of 12
November 2014, amounted to 89.05% (829,123,545 voting rights).

Pursuant to Section 22 Para. 1 Sentence 1 No. 1 of the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG), the voting rights are attributed to British Sky
Broadcasting Group plc, British Sky Broadcasting Limited, Sky International
Operations Limited and are held by Sky German Holdings GmbH, a company
controlled by British Sky Broadcasting Group plc, British Sky Broadcasting
Limited, Sky International Operations Limited.
 
The chain of ownership is as follows, in descending order:
