Craig is also the co-founder of Me to We, an innovative social enterprise that advances a new vision of philanthropy by providing socially conscious products and experiences that support the work of Free The Children.

GetWellNetwork founder and CEO Michael O'Neil will deliver the GetWellNetwork keynote on Tuesday, April 28, with a perspective on how technology is shaping cross-continuum care delivery. "GetConnected has become a center of gravity for providers incorporating IPC as a transformative care model across their communities," he said. "Every day we are inspired by the work of our clients, from small hospitals and ambulatory clinics to academic medical centers, VA medical centers and large health systems across the U.S. and beyond. GetConnected celebrates their collective progress and points us to what's next."

To close The Interactive Patient Care Conference on Wednesday, April 29, Benjamin K. Chu, M.D., MPH, MACP, will speak to the use of technology to improve care quality and the patient experience.
