GetConnected 2015, GetWellNetwork's eighth annual user conference, will bring together health care executives and clinicians from the IPC community to share successful strategies for using patient-centered technology to improve outcomes and performance. On Monday, April 27, social entrepreneur, New York Times best-selling author and syndicated columnist, Craig Kielburger, will deliver the conference's opening address highlighting the power of individuals to create change. Dr. Chu is executive vice president for the Kaiser Foundation Hospitals and Health Plan, Inc. In October 2014, he was named group president for Kaiser Permanente's Southern California and Georgia regions. He is the immediate past chair of the American Hospital Association Board of Trustees.
