Li will be responsible for Elance-oDesk's Private Talent Cloud offering -- a revolutionary platform for agile companies and their external talent.

Prior to joining Elance-oDesk, Li led the development of enterprise markets, solutions and services at both early-stage and Fortune 500 companies -- including at ADP, Apple and Bain & Company.
