LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - Nov 20, 2014) - Advanced Content Services, Inc., (OTC: ADCS), a Holding company focused in electronic payment services and solutions, is pleased to announce that SchoolFuel™, an innovative fundraising tool and flagship program for subsidiary New Wave Prepaid Solutions, Inc., has partnered with Praxell, Inc. to implement and launch a prepaid card program by Q1 2015. 

Praxell is a leading stored value technology enabler, providing prepaid debit card services. The firm has over 14 years of experience building and managing successful prepaid card programs, with proprietary systems that make program management simple on the frontend and robust on the backend. 

SchoolFuel™ founders, Mark B. Newbauer and Steve Devine have been working with Praxell this year in preparation for program implementation of a charitable fundraising card to benefit schools, universities and churches throughout the U.S., with plans to expand internationally after a 3-year domestic run with the program. The program will use a patent pending process to revolutionize school fundraising. The teams expect a hard card to be launched later this year toward the potential for immediate revenue streams thereafter.
