Embassy BOSA Keeps Calgary's Growth on the 'Up' with Announcement of a New High-Rise Just Off 17th Ave. at Mount Royal Village West

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Nov. 25, 2014) - Embassy BOSA announced today the launch of The Royal - a mixed-use residential and commercial development just off 17th Ave. at Mount Royal Village West, coming to market spring 2015. In partnership with First Capital Realty, The Royal will house 223 spacious homes, along with 90,000 square feet of retail and office space anchored by a high-end grocery store.
