Notification of Transactions by
Persons Discharging Management Responsibility ('PDMRs').
Pursuant to the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule
3.1.4, the Company hereby notifies that the following PDMR of the Company
purchased Ordinary Shares of £0.05 each in the Company (the "Shares"):
Mr Neil McCulloch notified the Company on 26 November 2014 that he had purchased
15,122 Shares on the London Stock Exchange on 26 November 2014 at 65.7 pence per
share totalling 0.002% of the share capital of the Company.
Prior to this transaction, Mr Neil McCulloch held no Shares in the Company. The
total holding of Mr Neil McCulloch following the transaction is 15,122 Shares,
being 0.002% of the share capital of the Company.
The Company's issued share capital consists of 802,660,757 Shares with voting
rights. Each Share carries the right to one vote. The Company does not hold
any shares in Treasury.
