PayPoint plc - Interim Dividend
The board of directors of PayPoint plc (the "Company") have declared an interim dividend of 12.4 pence per ordinary share for the six months ended 30 September 2014. The interim dividend will be paid on 18 December 2014 to those shareholders on the register on 5 December 2014 with the associated ex-dividend date being 4 December 2014.
