Atlantic Gold Application to Delist from Australian Securities Exchange Approved by ASX

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Dec. 1, 2014) - Atlantic Gold Corporation (TSX VENTURE:AGB)(ASX:AGB) ("Atlantic" or the "Company"). Further to Atlantic Gold Corporation's announcement dated December 1, 2014, the Australian Stock Exchange ("ASX") has now formally approved Atlantic's application to de-list from the ASX.

A circular setting out further details in relation to the de-listing process will shortly be published on the ASX and sent to CHESS Depository Interest holders.
