CANCOM SE: Change within Executive Board of PIRONET NDH Aktiengesellschaft

Munich, Germany, 01 December 2014 - The Supervisory Board of PIRONET NDH
Aktiengesellschaft, a majority-owned subsidiary of CANCOM SE, and the
founder and CEO of PIRONET NDH Aktiengesellschaft, Mr. Felix Höger,
today have in principle agreed to revoke the appointment of Mr. Höger as
CEO effective from 31.12.2014 on a mutual basis. This is subject to the
agreement on the financial modalities, which shall be agreed on by
12.12.2014. This will have a one-time negative impact on the financial
results of PIRONET NDH Aktiengesellschaft.

Furthermore, the supervisory board today has appointed Mr. Thomas Stark as
well as Mr. Frank Richter effective from 01.12.2014 as new members of the
Executive Board of PIRONET NDH Aktiengesellschaft, for a period of two
years, respectively. Mr. Stark will assume the financial department of the
Board, which was held by Mr. Felix Höger to date. Mr. Stark is Executive
Vice President of CANCOM SE where he is currently responsible for finance
and controlling. Mr. Richter was, until  30.11.2014, Senior Vice President
in the CANCOM group.
