In the letter, Acology's Chief Executive Officer, Curtis Fairbrother, updates shareholders on the company's efforts to increase shareholder value related to its key initiatives and developments, which include:

• Mainstream commercialization of the Medtainer for use in the Pharmaceutical market.  The company is currently signing distribution agreements pursuant to which The Medtainer will use regional and national sale channels for large scale distribution.

• Targeted growth of the Medtainer in the multi-billion dollar veterinary market. 

• Global acceptance of The Medtainer as the first standardized medical grade container for the Medical and Recreational Medical Marijuana Market.  Compliance initiatives are in motion to provide the first airtight, watertight, smell-proof medical grade container that state governments can utilize as the standard container in the industry.
