Citadel Income Fund and Energy Income Fund Announce Annual Redemption Details

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Dec. 8, 2014) - In response to unitholder enquiries, Citadel Income Fund (TSX:CTF.UN) and Energy Income Fund (TSX:ENI.UN) are pleased to announce further details with respect to their annual redemptions.

CTF.UN- Pro-rata redemption rate: 17.7% (i.e. for every 1000 units submitted by a unitholder for redemption, 177 units will be redeemed)

ENI.UN- Pro-rata redemption rate: 19.4% (i.e. for every 1000 units submitted by a unitholder for redemption, 194 units will be redeemed)

As previously disclosed, the redemption prices will be $4.3716 per CTF.UN unit and $3.6463 per ENI.UN unit.
