Agility Health Announces Appointment of Chief Corporate Development Officer


GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN--(Marketwired - Dec. 9, 2014) - Agility Health, Inc. (TSX VENTURE:AHI) ("Agility Health"), a leading provider of physical rehabilitation and software services that benefit patients, healthcare providers and employers, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Terry Vanderkruyk as Chief Corporate Development Officer of Agility Health.

Mr. Vanderkruyk began his career with the Medical Products Group of Johnson and Johnson Inc. and has held a variety of senior management positions in the healthcare arena. For the past eight years, he was Chief Corporate Development Officer with Coastal Contacts Inc. with responsibility for acquisitions, business development and investor relations. Coastal Contacts, the leading global direct to consumer retailer of eyewear, was acquired in early 2014 for approximately $430 million by Essilor International. Coastal was co-listed on the TSX and NASDAQ at the time of the purchase.

Grant of Stock Options

Agility Health has granted 450,000 stock options to Mr. Vanderkruyk in connection with his appointment. The stock options are exercisable at a price of CDN$0.24/share and expire five years from the date of the grant. The stock options vest in three equal installments of 150,000 options each on July 1, 2015, January 1, 2016, and January 1, 2017.
