Yext is the number one digital presence management company in the US. With over 400,000 businesses using its patented digital presence software, Yext powers millions of real-time updates on more than 85 global and local sites, maps and apps in the Global PowerListings Network. The divestment comprises the entire 51% shareholding that DTG holds in InnerBalloons Consulting B.V. The divestment will generate capital gain in 2014.
