WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on DAB Bank AG, München, Germany,
have exceeded the 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% and 75% threshold of the Voting
Rights on December 17, 2014 and on that day amounted to 91.69% (this
corresponds to 83417013 Voting Rights).
