On December 16, 2014, BNP Paribas S.A., Paris, France has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on DAB Bank AG, München, Germany, have exceeded the 3%, 5% and 10%
threshold of the Voting Rights on December 16, 2014 and on that day
amounted to 10.30% (this corresponds to 9374720 Voting Rights).
10.30% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 9374720 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
Voting Rights are held by the following companies under its control, whose
share of the Voting Rights in DAB Bank AG amounts to 3 percent or more: BNP
Paribas Beteiligungsholding AG.
