Release according to Article 26, Section 1 WpHG 
Notification of changes in voting rights according to Article 21, Section 1
of the WpHG

On December 17, 2014, Dr. Wolfgang Porsche Holding GmbH, Salzburg, Austria,
has notified us in accordance with article 21, section 1 of the WpHG that
its share of the voting rights in VOLKSWAGEN AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT, Wolfsburg,
Germany, exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and 50%
of the voting rights on December 15, 2014 and amounted to 50.73% of the
voting rights (149,696,681 voting rights) at this date. Of this figure,
50.73% of the voting rights (149,696,681 voting rights) are attributable to
Dr. Wolfgang Porsche Holding GmbH in accordance with article 22, section 1,
sentence 1 no. 1 of the WpHG.

The voting rights attributed to Dr. Wolfgang Porsche Holding GmbH are held
via the following enterprises controlled by it, whose share of the voting
rights in VOLKSWAGEN AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT amounts to 3% or more in each case:
Wolfgang Porsche GmbH, Grünwald; Familie Porsche Beteiligung GmbH,
Grünwald; Porsche Automobil Holding SE, Stuttgart.
