PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
Octopus Apollo VCT plc announces that on 22 December 2014 the Company purchased for cancellation 150,000 shares of 10p each at a price of 80.0 pence per share.
The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 133,685,349 comprising 81,649,509 Ordinary 10p Shares and 52,035,840 C Ordinary 1p Shares.
