CHANGE IN CENCORP’S MANAGEMENT TEAM
Due to the fact that Cencorp Oyj has on 17 December 2014 agreed to sell all the shares of Cencorp Automation Oy to FTTK Company Limited Mr. Jari Ketoluoto, Managing Director of Cencorp Automation Oy has resigned from the Management Group of Cencorp Oyj.
From December 29. 2014 the members in the Management Group of Cencorp Oyj are Managing Director Iikka Savisalo, Chief Financial Officer Seija Kurki, Chief Executive Officer, Cencorp Clean Energy Sami Lindfors and Chief Technology Officer Henrikki Pantsar.
