OKLAHOMA CITY, OK--(Marketwired - Dec 29, 2014) - On December 24, 2014, a class action lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey against Roka Bioscience, Inc. (NASDAQ: ROKA). The complaint alleges violations of the Securities Exchange Act, including allegations of issuing a series of material or false misrepresentations to the market relating to the Company's offering documents in its Initial Public Offering (the "IPO") which commenced on or about July 17, 2014.
