National Recognition for Phoenix Integrated Store Consultants

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwired - Jan 5, 2015) - Kicking off 2015 with a bang, Phoenix Integrated Store Consultants celebrates the accomplishments of 2014 by making several New Year's resolutions which will expand the business in a major way this coming year. As one of the top performing sales and marketing firms in the country, Phoenix has seen major growth in their management training program and community involvement during 2014.

Market Manager, Clarence Young, has much to celebrate after being recognized nationally for his dedication to excellence, perseverance to succeed, and ability to motivate and manage others with the title of National Consistency Manager of 2014. In his acceptance speech, Clarence told the audience, "My mother said a phrase that kind of stuck with me. 'Team work makes the dream work.' I feel blessed to be in a business where you can help people...It's beautiful. What this business has taught me is what you become by reaching your destination is way more important than the destination itself. The skill sets -- communication, mental toughness, and discipline -- are the things that are going to help you be successful in anything in life and all aspects of life."

The management training program focusing on business development, sales and marketing, team building, and communications has seen unprecedented growth this year with helping to develop successful Market Managers from within the organization. David Richardson, Terrance Purvis, Nathan Davies, Dustin Mack, and others have risen to the occasion and begun a long-term career as managers in the organization after their promotions to Market Manager in 2014.

By 2015, Phoenix plans to have promoted out another 10 Market Managers starting with Jordan Benton in early January. Benton remarked, "With the right mindset, determination, and mentality, this program has the power to change lives, future, and financial circumstance." He continued on to say that "the program made me a better leader. The leadership and management skills can be applied to real life and helped me to develop into the man I am today."

Furthermore, community involvement from within the company reached an all-time high with the completion of 586 community service hours from Phoenix Cares contributors. Phoenix Cares, a community service initiative the company began this year, focuses on the importance of paying it forward in the community as well as in the Phoenix organization. Phoenix Community Service Advocate, Halie Waddell, remarked, "Phoenix Cares gives our leaders and management trainees an opportunity to find the intrinsic meaning behind becoming a leader. As a boss, one must first care for the people one serves. It's the same in the Atlanta Community. At Phoenix, we want to show that we are more than just a business, we are a tight-knit community bent on building better, brighter, and more successful futures for ourselves and our community." Since November, the company has donated to organizations like the Atlanta Community Food Bank and Toys for Tots. Phoenix Cares contributors plan to exceed 1000 community service hours by this time next year.
