Cheryl Farrow Joins C&W Valuation & Advisory


TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Jan. 7, 2015) - Cushman & Wakefield has announced Cheryl Farrow has joined the firm as Managing Director Institutional Office, based in the firm's downtown Toronto office.

Ms. Farrow will work closely with C&W's Global Office Practice Group to ensure a coordinated global approach for Canadian Institutional Investors. As part of this approach, she will leverage our proprietary in-house resources including a comprehensive database, dedicated research team and access to the top office leasing and investment sale brokers in the world. The Group completes in excess of 4,000 office valuation assignments per year.

Ms. Farrow joins Cushman & Wakefield from CBRE with over 17 years of valuation experience exclusively focused on Trophy Office Buildings across Canada. She has appraised national portfolios and specific A Class Office Buildings on behalf of Bentall Kennedy, Brookfield, Great-West Life, CPPIB, HOOPP, Manulife, Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan/Cadillac Fairview, Triovest, etc. Prior to the role of Director with CBRE, she was with Altus for 10 years where she was a key member of their valuation group for office buildings across Canada.
