Government of Canada lending support to Quebec communities
NOTRE-DAME-AUXILIATRICE-DE-BUCKLAND, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Jan. 7, 2015) - Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED)
Acting on behalf of the Honourable Denis Lebel, Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs and Minister of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, the Honourable Steven Blaney, Member of Parliament for Lévis-Bellechasse and Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, announces that the Municipality of Notre-Dame-Auxiliatrice-de-Buckland will receive funding for the renovation of its two community halls.
The assistance is being awarded in the form of a $15,945 non-repayable financial contribution through the Local Investment Initiative (LII), a component of CED's Quebec Economic Development Program.
