The symposium will offer various learning opportunities, including building and sustaining a corporate culture, understanding what drives passion in employees and a closer look at how The Ritz-Carlton turns each guest interaction into a memorable moment.

As the youngest ever Regional Vice President at AT&T, McDaniel has a passion for helping millennials build a foundation for a successful career and has taught a student-led leadership course at UC Berkley's Haas School of Business.

Presentation speakers include Jeff Hargett, Senior Corporate Director, Culture Transformation, The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center, who has spent nearly 20 years with The Ritz-Carlton.
