On April 13, 2015, the organization will host its Your Journey to Service Excellence symposium, bringing industry experts and brand leaders to The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas.

Focusing on the luxury hotel company's legendary service, employee engagement and customer-centric culture, the Your Journey to Service Excellence symposium offers a full day of presentations and notable speakers, including executives from The Ritz-Carlton.

The symposium will offer various learning opportunities, including building and sustaining a corporate culture, understanding what drives passion in employees and a closer look at how The Ritz-Carlton turns each guest interaction into a memorable moment.

Keynote speaker Aaron McDaniel, corporate manager, entrepreneur, author and speaker, will present How to Attract, Inspire and Prepare the Future Millennial Leaders of Your Organization. As the youngest ever Regional Vice President at AT&T, McDaniel has a passion for helping millennials build a foundation for a successful career and has taught a student-led leadership course at UC Berkley's Haas School of Business.

Presentation speakers include Jeff Hargett, Senior Corporate Director, Culture Transformation, The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center, who has spent nearly 20 years with The Ritz-Carlton. An Executive Panel includes Jane Souter, Vice President, Quality at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company; Allison Sitch, Vice President, Global Public Relations, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and Roberto Van Geenen, General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas.

The symposium is limited to 200 attendees, allowing for intimate presentations and enhanced opportunities to network, including a breakfast, lunch and dedicated reception.
