Frankis Group: New members have been elected to the board of Frankis Group Oyj

Frankis Group held on 31(st) December 2014 an Extraordinary General Meeting and
elected three new members to its Board of Directors. Kalle Ruuskanen, Petri
Parvinen and Minna Nissinen were elected as new members. Johan Wentzel continues
as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Olli Väätäinen and Kim Hanslin also
continue in the Board.

Kalle Ruuskanen has earlier been CEO of SSP Nordic. Petri Parvinen currently
works as Professor of Sales Management in Aalto University. Minna Nissinen works
as director in Alma Diverso, which is a part of Alma Media.

"The Board of Directors brings together broad expertise. Ruuskanen is
specialized in customer service and conceptualization, Parvinen knows of sales
management and Nissinen has long experience and strong expertise in
digitalization in Finland", says Chairman of the board Johan Wentzel, partner of
