Carlos is an accomplished enterprise sales leader who brings nearly 20 years of leadership experience to MongoDB. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President at ClearSlide, Inc., a leading provider of Sales Engagement Automation software. Prior to that, Carlos served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales at DynamicOps, where his team delivered 300% growth in 2011 and 2012, culminating in its acquisition by VMware (2012). He has also held senior sales leadership roles at BMC Software, BladeLogic, IMlogic and Oblix. Carlos has a proven track record of building high performance sales teams that deliver strong sales results on a consistent basis.
