AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwired - January 12, 2015) - EPIC Corporation Inc. (
The three methods are: the conversion of preferred shares into common shares, the receipt of a quarterly dividend paid to preferred shareholders in the Company' common stock and the sell of the common stock received from the quarterly dividend.
Examples
EPIC's current market price is between $0.10 and $0.18 per share, assuming the market remains in this price range for a period of ninety days and a shareholder purchases common stock within that period for $0.18 per share, on March 31, 2015 the shareholder exchanges the common stock for the preferred stock and the shareholder then converts the preferred stock back to the common stock with a cost of $0.081 per share and the shareholder sells the converted common stock for between $0.10 to $0.18 per share immediately after the conversion. The result is the Shareholders would receive a return of investment of 125% to 222% based on the converted common stock with an annualized return on investment of 500% to 888%.
"EPIC is a private project oriented special financial services company with a trading security to provide its shareholders with an exit strategy and a preferred stock providing a return on investment," said Mr. Tucker. "EPIC's management shows by actions not by words that EPIC is not a typical penny stock company by any standard. The exchange offer and future exchange offers of Convertible Preferred Stock for common stock are actions. EPIC will be making a formal Notice of Exchange Offer shortly."
EPIC's management has prepared the following to illustrate an annual return on investment based on the two other methods based on EPIC's common stock paid by a quarterly dividend for one year, and base on a yield from the sale of the common stock received on receipt of the quarterly dividend in relation to the shareholders initial cash investment. All calculations are based on the purchase price of 150 shares of common stock that are exchanged for 100 shares of preferred Stock. The actual return on investment will depend on many factors and an investor may receive more or less than the amounts indicated.
