Reid will, in this new position, be responsible for growing Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce's market share across all services for investors, owners and occupiers.

Reid will not only direct business development as the market leader, but he will handle recruiting, key client relationships and support all business lines. Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce's platform includes brokerage, leasing, capital markets, property and facility management, project management, as well as related services.

Tim Reid has more than 19 years of experience in the Boise commercial real estate market and has successfully completed many tenant representation, landlord and development assignments. Reid has worked with and established productive relationships with many of the local developers, landlords, city officials and economic development agencies.

Reid has several areas of expertise, but he has focused particularly on these areas of specialization: tenant representation, brokerage, consulting, development and building/landlord representation. His work and experience have culminated in a variety of accomplishments, including one of the premier Class A office/mixed use developments in the state, Eagle River, LLC, which is a 90-acre mixed use development with 600,000 square feet. He has also worked with many clients in the build-to-suit and development area with projects that have successfully met or exceeded expectations.
