McKinney as senior vice president - operations, effective immediately. McKinney will assume full responsibility for the company's three distribution facilities, as well as its postal affairs, print operations and client services functions.

McKinney joins Mspark with more than 20 years of relevant professional experience, including operations, supply chain and logistics management, responsibility for P&L, change management and continuous improvement/Lean manufacturing methodology. Prior to Mspark, he served as director of program management - comprehensive services at ADP, Atlanta, Ga.; regional vice president of operations at Vertis Communications, Dallas, Texas; and vice president of operations at Valassis Communications, Livonia, Mich. He holds an M.B.A. from University of New Haven, West Haven, Conn., and a B.S. in business management from Shorter College, Atlanta, Ga.
