TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Jan. 14, 2015) - Tier One Capital Limited Partnership has declared a distribution of $0.125 per common share for shareholders of record as at January 21, 2015. The distribution will be paid to shareholders on January 30, 2015.

Tier One Capital will begin trading ex-dividend on January 19, 2015.
