Octopus AIM VCT 2 plc announces that on 23 January 2015 the Company purchased for cancellation 256,080 Ordinary shares at a price of 75.75p per share.
 
Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company now consists of 56,574,876 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.01p each, with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in Treasury.
