New Jersey Hall of Fame Mobile Museum Hits Milestone of 100,000 Visitors

Lisa Fielding Appointed New NJHOF Partnership Director

TRENTON, N.J., Jan. 27, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The New Jersey Hall of Fame (NJHOF) is proud to announce that its Mobile Museum, the first of its kind in the nation, has achieved its first milestone by securing 100,000 visitors since its launch in June of 2013.

The NJHOF Mobile Museum is supported by a dozen prominent and proud New Jersey organizations. The touring museum visits various schools and community events throughout the state. The NJHOF Foundation Board would like to recognize and thank the ongoing support of New Jersey citizens, and promises to continue its great tradition of educating our children about the history and heroes of New Jersey.

As the NJHOF celebrates this important moment, the organization continues to thrive and advance as it has recently welcomed Ms. Lisa Fielding as its new Partnership Director. Within her role, Ms. Fielding will continue to build and facilitate corporate sponsor relations, and promote strategic partnership outreach to ensure NJHOF visibility, including the mobile museum, throughout the state of New Jersey, among other responsibilities.

As a Branding, PR, and Social Media professional, Ms. Fielding brings years of experience to her new title as she supports the Johnson & Johnson Women's Leadership Initiative, and other private clients in multiple industries including publishing, entertainment, coaching and nonprofit.

"Her experience with both corporate and nonprofit organizations is perfect for this position. We really need someone with Lisa's knowledge and skillset to play this role, and we could not be more excited to welcome her on board to the New Jersey Hall of Fame," commented Steve Edwards, president of the New Jersey Hall of Fame Foundation board.

Ms. Fielding currently resides in rural Hunterdon County, just outside of the Town of Clinton, a quintessential New Jersey suburb. As a lifetime New Jerseyan, Ms. Fielding is quite familiar with the state's longstanding significance.

"Part of New Jersey's greatness is the fact that we not only have an amazing shoreline, but we also have mountainous, urban, suburban and rural landscapes," noted Fielding. "I love that we are nestled between two of the top cities in the United States. It only makes sense that some of the greatest minds and talents choose to call New Jersey home."

In a private interview, Ms. Fielding expressed that she is looking forward to sharing the amazing stories of New Jerseyans and inspire children and adults alike. One of her goals during her time as Partnership Director is to increase the NJHOF Mobile Museum's visibility within the state so that it can reach more children with the hope of inspiring them to one day become just as great at their New Jersey heroes.
