Morstad Names Marketing Specialist, Laura Simpson, as New Account Director

Experienced Marketing Professional, Laura Simpson, Accepts New Role With Marketing Firm


GREENWICH, Conn., Jan. 29, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Morstad, a Greenwich-based, full-service marketing and branding firm dedicated to the financial services industry, is pleased to name Laura Simpson as the firm's new Account Director. Ms. Simpson brings more than 10 years of experience launching loyalty programs and brand identity campaigns. In her new role, Laura will closely work with the firm's marketing, design, and communications teams to help clients successfully launch new products, penetrate markets, and gain market share.

Ms. Simpson has held several marketing and management positions where she successfully implemented customer relationship management (CRM) practices for leading brands such as MetroPCS, Shell, and Samsung. "When CRM tactics are applied to a client's messaging, firms realize an increase in warm leads, which allows them to forge ahead of the competition," said Laura Simpson, Account Director, Morstad.

Laura was also a Brand Manager of Richards Relationship Marketing, one of the largest independent branding agencies based in Dallas, Texas. Earlier in her career, Ms. Simpson was an Account Executive with Tic Toc, a Dallas-based marketing and promotional products agency.

Ms. Simpson earned a Bachelors degree in marketing from Northeastern University.
