PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
Octopus Apollo VCT plc announces that on 30 January 2015 the Company purchased for cancellation 230,021 C Ordinary Shares of 1p each at a price of 88.0 pence per share.
The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 133,220,826 comprising 81,184,986 Ordinary 10p Shares and 51,805,819 C Ordinary 1p Shares.
