Dynamic Signal Expands C-Suite with Three New Strategic Hires

SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 3, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The leader in the Employee Advocacy category, Silicon Valley based startup, Dynamic Signal formally announces three new additions to their senior management team.  Having raised more than $33MM in venture capital since launching the company in 2010, the new hires are part of an ongoing expansion into new segments and markets within the Employee Advocacy space. An Le, Bong Suh, and Pavey Purewal each join Dynamic Signal to help improve and expand key departments of the company, bringing years of experience to the table.

An Le, VP, GM Mid-Market, joins the team after successful stints at both Yammer and New Relic, where she worked to scale their business from early stages to tens of millions in revenue. At Dynamic Signal, An is focused on doing much of the same, bringing VoiceStorm, the company's marquee Employee Advocacy solution, to a broader set of companies.

"It's a great opportunity for me personally, to take such a strong product, proven to be successful with the largest fortune 500 customers, and broaden the platform to scale our customer base across the mid-market, applying so many of the fundamentals I've learned in past SaaS companies, in an emerging category like Employee Advocacy, " said An Le, VP, GM Mid-Market at Dynamic Signal.
Also joining the team is Bong Suh, an experienced entrepreneur, executive and advisor for a variety of companies in the past, including Coremetrics, Wine.com, Buydirect.com, and CNET, Inc. As Chief Financial Officer at Dynamic Signal, Bong will oversee the company's trajectory and growth. A long-time Silicon Valley executive, Bong will contribute across many areas of the business, with experience in finance, fundraising, M &A, and corporate development.

Additionally, Pavey Purewal was added as Chief Marketing Officer. She most recently held senior roles at both VMware and Oracle, where she oversaw a variety of marketing divisions. Her vast experience in the B2B, SaaS, and cloud categories make her a perfect fit for a company like Dynamic Signal, which boasts an impressive client list of technology based clients (including both of the aforementioned companies).

"My first exposure to Dynamic Signal was actually as a customer while at VMware. I saw first hand how hard it was to manually engage employees as advocates. Implementing VoiceStorm was a breath of fresh air, and gave me a great introduction to the product and the Employee Advocacy category as a whole, " said Pavey Purewal, CMO at Dynamic Signal.

Russ Fradin, CEO of Dynamic Signal, had this to say in regards to the new additions. "The year has started out with a bang, and there's so much more we're excited to announce in the near future. An, Bong and Pavey play significant roles into where we are headed as a company. We couldn't be happier to have them as a part of the team."

The company has seen exponential growth over the past two years since establishing the Employee Advocacy category with clients such as IBM, Salesforce, Hitachi Data Systems, and hundreds others implementing VoiceStorm.  2015 is sure to be a pinnacle moment for both Dynamic Signal, and Employee Advocacy, as it becomes a bigger part of the marketing strategy for even more brands, big and small.
