(OTC PINK: SIGL) today announced plans to enter the nearly two billion dollar Neural Training market by applying its proprietary Signal Advance ("SA") technology to develop an enhanced Neural Training System. Neural Training (neuro-therapy, neuro-feedback) typically applies auditory, visual, or direct current stimuli to the brain to improve brain function. Effective Neural Training relies on quickly measuring the brain's response to stimuli and making real-time adjustments.
