Three Major REALTOR(R) Organizations Choose dotloop

More Than 53,000 Indiana, Tennessee and Local Illinois REALTORS(R) Empowered to Work More Efficiently Without the Hassle of Manual Form Uploading

CINCINNATI, OH--(Marketwired - Feb 5, 2015) - dotloop today announced that it has reached an agreement with three new REALTOR® associations: the Indiana Association of REALTORS®, the Tennessee Association of REALTORS®, and Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®, the largest local association in Illinois, to offer its collaborative platform to their more than 53,000 association members. That brings the total number of associations on the dotloop network to 86 and the total number of professionals to 1.4 million. These new agreements showcase dotloop's leadership as the solution of choice for brokers and agents to close deals in a seamless, easy-to-use online network.

REALTOR® Association members in Indiana, Tennessee and locally throughout Illinois will now have an up-to-date library of required forms at their fingertips. Prior to this agreement, agents were forced to scan and upload the most recent version of forms manually. This agreement removes that extra layer of stress and creates a seamless process for agents, helping them to close more deals, more efficiently, which in turn, means more business and more brokerage growth. In addition, the ease of use and universal collaboration allows agents using dotloop to easily interact with agents on any platform to get a deal done.

"Our goal is enabling agents to do business in the best way possible and today that includes embracing change," said Buzz Steele, director of marketing and research, Tennessee Association of REALTORS®. "We realized that our members want choice and that technology is always evolving. dotloop makes changes in technology that ensure agent productivity and client happiness. Our members can focus on closing deals and keeping customers happy."

dotloop is the collaboration platform where real estate professionals get deals done. It powers $30 billion worth of transactions each month. The user base spans brokers and agents -- but also service providers, such as mortgage and title professionals, who now make up more than 30% of new homepage registrations on dotloop and are essential participants to any successful transaction.

"dotloop is the leading solution for real estate agents and brokers to work better with one another and close deals faster," said Chad Humphrey, director of industry relations at dotloop. "Using dotloop, Indiana, Tennessee and Illinois REALTORS® are enabled to be more productive and to deliver the best possible customer experience."
