TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Feb. 9, 2015) - AgriMinco Corp. (TSX VENTURE:ANO) ("ANO" or the "Company") announced that as a result of the failure of the Company to file, by the deadline of January 28, 2015, its audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2014, related management's discussion and analysis and CEO and CFO certificates (the "Financial Statements"), the Ontario Securities Commission has issued a temporary general cease trade order.
