BACE Hires Stephanie Braun-Hanks to Be Office Administrator, Human Resources

Hanks Will Manage HR-Related and Other Admin Responsibilities for Growing Manufacturer

CHARLOTTE, NC--(Marketwired - Feb 10, 2015) - BACE, a global manufacturer of balers and compactors for the recycling and waste-disposal industries, has hired Stephanie Braun-Hanks for the newly created position, Office Administrator, Human Resources. Ms. Hanks will be responsible for all human-resources activities as well as for managing the administrative office functions.

And the increased activity has created new administrative responsibilities. Ms. Hanks is a graduate of UNC Charlotte with a B.S. in Social Work. A staunch advocate for underprivileged children, she's working on the GM Children's Home Project in Uganda and intends to start a non-profit for this project and ministry in the future (www.gofundme.com/gmchildrenshome). She's been part of the Children's Impact Network's International Missions to Bolivian orphanages in Cochabamba. And she's worked with Orphans To Ambassadors in Rwanda, Cameroon, Uganda, and Tanzania.

Domestically, Ms. Hanks has served as guardian ad litem in Mecklenburg County as an advocate for abused and neglected children in the court system. She's part of the Neighborhood Afterschool Ministry at The Grove Presbyterian, starting an afterschool ministry on a grant to teaching green art and gardening course to underprivileged youth in at-risk communities. And with the Hope Based Ministry, she participates in weekly feeding of the homeless in uptown Charlotte.
