KEMP Technologies Joins Dell Technology Partner Program

Certifies KEMP LoadMaster™ With Dell PowerEdge Servers

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Feb 11, 2015) - KEMP Technologies, the full-featured virtual load balancer software provider, announced today that it has become a certified technology partner in Dell's Technology Partner Program. By certifying the LoadMaster on Dell PowerEdge servers, KEMP enables customers to benefit from KEMP's price performance leadership in load balancing and high availability while leveraging the performance and flexibility of Dell PowerEdge servers.

KEMP's software-centric approach helps companies break free of the restrictions imposed by traditional network hardware and migrate affordably and efficiently to converged infrastructure and hybrid cloud solutions powered by Dell. As a certified Dell technology partner, KEMP can incorporate load balancing on Dell hardware for improved performance and throughput.

"By running the KEMP LoadMaster on Dell PowerEdge servers, customers can implement load balancing and high availability for their critical applications while maintaining maximum flexibility to manage and deploy ever-changing and growing application workloads," says Jeff Fisher, Vice President of Strategic Alliances, KEMP Technologies.

KEMP's load balancing software can be deployed directly on Dell servers, including the latest Dell PowerEdge 13th generation servers. This enables customers to achieve greater levels of throughput by leveraging extremely high-performance Dell PowerEdge server configurations. In addition, customers receive easy integration with public cloud deployments of KEMP's LoadMaster running on Microsoft Azure, AWS or vCloud Air.

Dell and KEMP Joint Customer Use Case
Texas A&M was looking for a platform-agnostic load balancer to ensure high availability, security and simplicity without sacrificing performance. As the sixth largest university in the US with over 50,000 students, Texas A&M chose KEMP because its LoadMaster runs on Microsoft's Hyper-V hypervisor platform in addition to VMware. Texas A&M runs KEMP's Virtual LoadMasters on Dell PowerEdge R820 servers for dense virtualization and demanding, mission critical workloads.
