Scherkenbach, a principal in the firm's Litigation Group, was recently named an "IP Client Service All-Star" by general counsel and other in-house attorneys from some of the world's biggest companies. Scherkenbach was one of only 25 IP attorneys to be included in the prestigious 2015 BTI Client Service All-Star list for delivering superior client service. Scherkenbach was recognized for "having a deep awareness of the interplay between the complicated technical, legal and business issues facing IP clients."
